Rapid Aging on the Face Warning Signs
As we go through life, we have to accept the fact that our skin and our bodies age over time. In some cases, signs of skin aging appear at an early age and we have to live with the 'problems' caused by it from a young age.
Although most of the body changes we undergo are usually not very harmful to our health and are rather harmless, aging has the potential to lead to low self-esteem. Especially when they are young, they tend to define themselves by their appearance. If you notice early signs of rapid aging of your skin, you can take action to keep your youthful appearance longer.
So today, let's take a look at signs that appear when your face is aging rapidly.
1. I have milia on my face.
These small, white bumps, called milia, are tiny, benign cysts under the epidermis that are harmless but can be annoying. Mildew can appear when the skin begins to lose its ability to exfoliate, or exfoliate, a layer of dead cells, such as in dandruff. It's a classic example of aging. Therefore, milia can be interpreted as a sign of rapid aging of the skin.
2. Skin damage easily occurs.
Unknowingly, bruised skin can be a sign of rapid aging of the skin. Bruising is because the skin is thinner than usual, which prevents the wound from healing quickly. Frequently rehydrating your skin can help prevent this.
3. The shape of the nose changes.
For most people, changes in the shape of the nose occur naturally in their 40s. However, this can happen more quickly if your face is aging rapidly.
4. Hemangiomas appear on the face.
Red hemangioma is also called cherry hemangioma because of its appearance. Most of the cases are harmless to the human body. It usually occurs on the upper body skin, but in rare cases, it can also appear on the face. These hemangiomas can develop in anyone, but usually appear relatively late, around the age of 30 or 50.
5. Eyes continue to swell.
Swelling of the eyes is usually due to lack of sleep, and not necessarily due to rapid aging of the skin. However, as you age, the tissues around your eyes weaken and the lower part of your eyes may swell. The fat that supports the eye may migrate under the eye and appear bulging.
6. The skin texture is different.
One of the well-known causes of rapid skin aging is the exposure of the skin to ultraviolet rays when exposed to the sun. UV rays absorbed by the skin surface destroy cells that are important for a youthful appearance. Wrinkles or blemishes are created.
7. Lips become thin.
As we age, the amount of hyaluronic acid (a major component of the connective tissue located between skin cells) produced by our body gradually decreases, which causes the lips to become thinner. If you see thinning lips at a young age, it can mean that your skin is aging at a faster than normal rate.
8. Eyelids droop.
Saggy eyelids are one of the annoying problems that can occur even in young adults. Sagging eyelids are not only somewhat unsightly but also restrict and uncomfortable vision. Sagging of the eyelids occurs naturally as the skin loses its elasticity, and if younger people experience this problem, it could be a sign that their face and skin are aging too quickly.
One of the most important ways to slow the aging of your face is to protect your skin from the sun's UV rays. This is because UV rays not only accelerate the aging of the skin but can also lead to worse results. The second important thing is moisture. Be sure to bring cream and sunscreen!
